1.3 Payment Terms: Payment must be received in full before order processing begins. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and other approved payment methods. Late payments may incur additional charges.
1.4 Order Confirmation: Upon receipt of your order and payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance; acceptance occurs upon shipment.
2.1 Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) are not our responsibility.

2.3 Risk of Loss: All items purchased are sent FOB (Free on Board) shipping point. Risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
